This Privacy Policy explains how PixDance (the service) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our Progressive Web App. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

We collect the following categories of information depending on how you use the Service:
2.1 Account & identifiers. Information used to identify your account, such as an internal user ID, and related metadata (for example, timestamps and basic session identifiers).
2.2 User content you upload. Photos, images, videos, and other content you choose to upload (inputs) in order to generate results.
2.3 Generated outputs. Images or videos produced by the Service based on your Inputs (outputs), and metadata about those outputs (such as creation time, processing mode, and status).
2.4 Usage & device data. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, language, and diagnostic logs needed to keep the Service secure and working.
2.5 Payment-related data. If you purchase Credits, payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We typically receive limited information such as purchase status, amount, currency, and an order reference. We do not store full card numbers.
We use information for the following purposes:
3.1 Provide the Service. To run the app features (AI Dance, Hero Portrait, Face Refit, 2K upscale), process your requests, and deliver outputs.
3.2 Account & credits management. To maintain your balance, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms and policies.
3.3 Security and integrity. To detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and keep the Service secure.
3.4 Support. To respond to your messages and requests when you contact us.
We process the content you upload to generate the outputs you request and to operate features like My Creations. Details about permitted content, prohibited content, and content rights are described in our User Content Policy.
We keep Inputs/Outputs only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms. Where available, you may delete content in the app, and you can also contact [email protected] to request deletion where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information in these cases:
5.1 Service providers. We use third-party infrastructure and tools to host, store, and operate the Service (for example: hosting/CDN, databases, storage, monitoring, and email routing). These providers process data only to provide services to us.
5.2 Payment processors. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers; they handle your payment details according to their own policies.
5.3 Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Service, our users, or others.
We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the Service functional (for example, to maintain sessions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability). Some third-party providers (such as hosting or analytics) may also set cookies.
Depending on where you live, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable measures to protect data when it is transferred internationally.
